Orientation | Part 2

Daniel was an exceptional young man—intelligent, wise and spiritually attuned to the will and ways of God. He was an asset to the King of Babylon, who sought to use him for the purposes of his kingdom. However, Daniel did not waver in his faith and remained steadfast in his convictions to not follow the Babylonian ways, choosing not to eat the ‘royal food.’ He knew what was at stake. Daniel had integrity and great courage (even shrewdness), and God was faithful to honor Daniel’s loyalty.

There is no compartmentalization for those who are in Christ, though we may often live like there is. This message challenges us with the question: Is He truly “Lord of All” in my life? And do I live like He is?
