Does the Cure for Mental Illness rest in the body or the spirit?

Sorry this is coming out late. Every time I tried to speak on this, it would run too long and get too complex, so I had to take another day and wait until my head was clear enough to start making sense. Hopefully, my health will resolve soon. Thank you, for your patience!
