Don't be so focused on accomplishing all the work that you forget to communicate the progress.

There is a high likeliness that you need to communicate the accomplishments more than you are likely doing.

This helps with trust, buy-in, retention, attraction, motivation, hope, belief, ....

Most organizations under communicate progress, some go over the top.
Ask you people, get feedback, make it the right amount.
