2 NEW Ways to avoid Windows 11 25H2 Microsoft Account Requirement!

Lets cut right to the chase, 2 methods of bypassing the need for a Microsoft Account when upgrading or fresh installing WIndows 11 25H2 (October 2025)

Method 1
1. Open JavaScript Command Prompt using “Ctrl + Shift + J”
2. Type the following command to launch the local account creation screen and press Enter:
WinJS.Application.restart("ms-cxh://LOCALONLY")

Method 2

Open Command Prompt using the “Shift + F10” keyboard shortcut on the region settings page.

Type the following command to modify the Registry to bypass the internet and Microsoft Account requirements, and press Enter:
reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Then to shutdown and re-enter OOBE without Ethernet or Microsoft Account, and also don't forget to unplug ethernet and wifi and continue.

shutdown /r /t 0
and press enter.
