I just watched Rev Says Desu’s “Hasan Crashes Out After Fans Finally Begin To Call Him Out”, and this one’s ugly. After clips resurfaced of Kaya in distress, many fans and creators are no longer blindly defending him — and for good reason. Instead of accountability, Hasan doubles down: attacking not just the critics, but his own fans. He refuses to admit he used a shock collar and spins excuse after excuse. In my reaction, I break down where he’s lying, where he’s weak, and why real creators own their mistakes — not gaslight their community.

Calling viewers “mentally ill” or “obsessed” is a classic gaslighting move. It shifts focus from his actions to the emotional stability of those who question him. You can’t argue with logic if you silence the voice.
His pattern: “no collar,” then “vibrate only,” then “prongs removed/taped,” then “she clipped herself,” etc. Each shifting line weakens trust.
When creators attack their own fans, that’s the last bridge burned. Fans believe in people they think are sincere. Once you sacrifice sincerity, you lose respect.
A public figure has influence. Mistreating or mocking a powerless creature (a dog) speaks volumes about empathy.
If you can’t respect a pet’s distress on camera, what does that say about how you treat people?
