Removing a splinter/wire/glass/spline with drawing (draw) salve.

Sometimes normal methods of splinter removal do not work (tape, shaving razor, minor tweezer "cutting and digging" techniques... So then it is time to break out the draw salve (AKA Coal tar/Pine Tar/Draw Salve).
