I just watched Matt Walsh’s clip where a woman at the No Kings protest freely says she wants Donald Trump’s obituary as her birthday present—and it left me stunned. At the same time, I look at how the FBI under one administration killed a disabled man for threats, while under another we have massive protests shouting violence and nothing happens. That isn’t “peaceful protest”—it’s hypocrisy and lawlessness.

Violent rhetoric can’t be called “peaceful protest”.
Declaring “I want his obituary” is a specific threat of death, not activism.
When your movement says one thing and your actions another, you forfeit credibility.

An older disabled man (Robertson) accused of threatening Biden was killed. The No Kings protester threatens Trump; yet we hear of no comparable force or law enforcement response.
This asymmetry invites serious questions about who is protected and who is prosecuted.

If a movement claims moral high ground, they must reject calls for violence, not let them be celebrated.
The woman’s birthday wish wasn’t a mis-tweet; it was shouted at a protest. That should be repudiated by organizers.
The myth of “we just want justice” falters when they demand death.
“No kings” as a slogan can be valid if it means democratic control. But when it includes “kill the former king,” it’s not democratic—it’s violent.
True protest is about policy, law, and rights—not obituary birthdays.

If the FBI uses lethal force in one case of threat, they must explain both use and non-use in comparable cases.
Otherwise, enforcement becomes political rather than legal.

Protest organizers need to remove violent rhetoric and publicly disassociate from death wishes.
Law enforcement and DOJ must explain criteria for use of force, threat assessment, and what constitutes “action” for rhetoric against different targets.
Every citizen deserves equal protection and lawful protest, but also equal liability if they incite violence.
