I just watched Benny Johnson’s video “Welfare Americans FREAK as Food Stamps Get Completely CUT-OFF This Week, Threaten CRIME: ‘We RIOT!’” and I’m disgusted. Some people are openly saying: “We’ll steal food that you worked for the taxes that fund it". I believe that mindset is parasitic. When you rely on the labour of others, threaten crime when your benefit gets cut, and refuse to improve yourself—that is the issue.

Threatening crime because a benefit gets cut reveals a belief: “I’m owed.” A fair society says: “I contribute and I receive.” If you only receive without contributing, the system collapses.
The safety net exists because taxpayers and workers support it. When individuals treat it like a permanent gift while refusing labour or improvement, they undermine the very foundation of solidarity.
Demanding “you should feed me” while threatening theft is disrespectful to workers, taxpayers, and the rule of law. If you want help—ask for support. If you demand it while menacing others—you cross a line.
We should protect the vulnerable—but not reward an attitude of “I’ll riot if I don’t get freebies.”
The goal should be: safety net until you build independence. Welfare should not become generational dependency backed by bitterness or blame.
Encourage skills, work programs, education—so people don’t end up as perpetual claimants.
People doing honest labour see these threats and feel betrayed. When one side says “I’ll steal because I deserve it,” it fractures societal trust.
