This granting authority to these government departments has been going on for decades. CFIA, MEP, CPS, Child Welfare, stealing children from parents, and many others have authority (Whether legal or not to take your human rights from you) however in no case are these same individuals able to reinstate those false judgments against its citizen. So here we are; untrained bureaucrats are given the authority by our government to persecute their citizens at will; of which they have an agenda or bias towards. Aimed by individuals without due process at a select few of law-abiding citizens. However, the Canadian citizen has only one option, which at great expense to themselves must fight it in a corrupt judicial system. Usually to-no-avail.
