Kohberger's Chilling Defense Strategy

New court filings in the case of Bryan Kohberger — the man convicted of killing four students at the University of Idaho — reveal a startling revelation: he planned to force the surviving roommates of his victims to testify for his defense.
One of the survivors, Dylan Mortensen, described Kohberger as “a hollow vessel… devoid of empathy or remorse.” Yet, shockingly, he included her and fellow survivor Bethany Funke on his witness list. Court documents show over 138 potential witnesses and 53 mitigation witnesses in his plan.
