Amy Lenius is a speaker, coach, and the Director of Group Coaching at Next Level University. She helps people (mostly women) redefine success in a way that feels deeply aligned through clarity, self-belief, emotional resilience, self-worth and sustainable daily habits.

Over the last 8 years, Amy has spoken on stages at events dedicated to health, healing, and personal development. She currently serves as the MC and speaker for Next Level Live, yearly, and has been featured on over 100 podcasts.

Amy's coaching work is rooted in a whole-person approach. Addressing not just mindset, but also health, relationships, purpose, and identity. She specializes in guiding women to reconnect with themselves, honor their cyclical nature, discover what success and fulfillment truly means to them, and live in a way that reflects their values and vision.

Before she ever taught this work, Amy lived it. She rebuilt her health, identity, and self-worth after years of chronic illness, and learned that true healing isn’t always easy or comfortable. But it’s the most powerful work we can do. Growth isn’t always light and love. Sometimes it’s digging deep, getting honest, and choosing yourself over and over again.
