Halloween 2025: The tale of the Octavius

A ghost story for halloween. This story is based on the story of the wreck of the Octavius. First recorded in the early 1800s, this story told of the crew of an artic whaler that found a ship locked in the ice. There is no evidence that it was anything other than a ghost story, and like all good fo'c'sle tales it will have changed with each telling, so this is mine.
