Sebastián Marcet, South America's most wanted drug trafficker, recorded a video with Brazilian hitmen from the Primeiro Comando da Capital gang, threatening a rival in Bolivia

Marcet, a Uruguayan with a $2 million bounty on his head, sent a message to his former assistant, El Colle.

He claimed that his former assistant was a «sapo» (informer) and that he was ready to wage war against El Colle and the authorities, wherever they were: in Bolivia, Colombia, and Paraguay.
