Scriptures For Today:
Romans 3:3–4 NKJV

3 For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect?
--
4 Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written: “That You may be justified in Your words, And may overcome when You are judged.”

The Word of God To Meditate On Today: Romans 3:3–4 NKJV: Let God Be True Always

🔥 INSIGHTS
1. God’s Faithfulness Is Independent of Human Response - Paul reminds us that God’s faithfulness is not contingent on human faith or failure. Even when people doubt, disobey, or misrepresent Him, God remains steadfast in His nature and promises. This means His covenant and word are self-sustaining.
Illustration: Israel’s unfaithfulness never nullified God’s covenant; He preserved a remnant and fulfilled His word through Christ (Romans 11:1–5).
--
2. God’s Truth Outlasts Every Human Lie - “Let God be true, though every man a liar” emphasizes that divine truth stands unshaken amidst human deception, unbelief, or contradiction. God’s word does not bend to the culture or consensus of men—it judges all things.
Illustration: When Pharaoh denied God’s power, every plague proved that God’s word was true and Pharaoh’s boast was false (Exodus 7–12).
--
3. God’s Faithfulness Vindicates His Righteousness - Even when people question His justice, God’s actions will ultimately justify His character. Every trial, every delay, every unanswered question eventually reveals that He was right all along.
Illustration: Job doubted in his pain, but in the end declared, “I know that You can do all things… therefore I repent” (Job 42:2–6). God’s faithfulness prevailed, silencing accusation.
