Today’s coordinated attacks — one of countless ongoing global operations targeting me — are taking the form of white car groupings.

These hate networks rotate tactics daily. One day it’s blues in twos, another day reds in pairs, two trucks, or two 1964 Lincolns—it doesn’t matter. The message is the same: synchronized stalking.

The white-car tactic is the most aggressive and widespread. Some days they vanish, and traffic feels normal again. Then, like clockwork, the pattern resumes — a planet-wide directive:

“If you see a white car, park next to it.”

This is just one of thousands of coordinated harassment tactics — from clothing colors to verbal taunts — escalating since I was five years old.

Origins of the White-Car Operation

Around seven years ago, an Asian man—working with Allied Universal and Security Specialists at the Warner Center Metro—began confronting me daily. His issue? LAPD’s harassment of me for doing something as normal as walking and exercising.

One day, he jumped out of his car screaming, “You touched my car!” I told him I hadn’t, and asked why that would even matter.
His response:

“Well, why do you take so many walks?”

He was trying to twist normal exercise into signs of “mental illness” — a cover tactic to criminalize health, discipline, and freedom.

Preceding Smear Campaign

About ten years earlier, an anonymous Asian girl named “Yuka” was posting worldwide blogs under LAPD direction, calling me “a violent paranoid schizophrenic” and instructing people to “call police if you see him.”

Her anger stemmed from a private artwork I created at the University of Colorado — a composite piece featuring Chun-Li in a boxing ring with Mike Tyson.

This was twisted by the Police, Psychology Community, and my own family, claiming that my art itself was a “crime.”

From the moment I began joining gyms, jogging, lifting weights, or creating art, they’ve tried to brand everything I do as a pathology — a pretext to justify lifelong persecution.

The Family and Institutional Conspiracy

The Perelman family, the LAPD, judges, lawyers, and psychologists have all participated in this coordinated takedown — 53 years of psychological, social, and systemic abuse.

Leading figures include Lead Officer Charles Sean Dinse, who escalated these operations in 2009 when the Topanga Police Division was built, and Chief Michael Moore, overseeing Community Policing Operations that weaponize everyday citizens against me.

The Outcome
