Venezuela claims to have captured a CIA group, claims U.S. is plotting "false Flag" attack

Maduro regime says they captured a group of mercenaries with ties to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. Say Washington and Trinada and Tobago are coordinating military excercises intended to provke an armed confrontation in the Caribbean.
