10/27/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Why Gangstalking PERPS Are Called Derogatory Terms

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

There are reasons why the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators are called various derogatory terms such as: evil, corrupt, retarded, cowardly, incompetent, stupid, human scum, low life, cockroach, and many more other even more insulting terms on those international group online and offline meetings. In fact, calling gangstalking perps and their community watch collaborators cockroaches could be insulting insect kind in general. Many of the other global group associates told me that can have more respect for the insects.

All of my worldwide audiences should look at the A&W Restaurant part of this video more closely. The other parts of this video are more for general open sourced image and information sifting by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools by any or all of the other global groups and their members.

One of the other video channels, on the video platforms, mentioned three types of surveillance: bumbling surveillance, close in-not to lose surveillance, and close in-to lose surveillance. That video channel owner was a former American CIA officer and current business owner. He explain the spy game to the viewers on a pod cast video channel.

Bumbling surveillance is by general society losers and low lives like community watch members, street bums, police snitch informants, low skill and value puppets that are expendable.

Close in not to lose surveillance are by stalkers who will follow and do whatever crazy actions you will do as they have to follow and not lose you no matter what you do. They will have to stick to you even if you purposefully run head on into a city transit bus, etc.

The most sophisticated close in to lose surveillance is the most wide area covering. They can afford to lose you and call off any stalking because they have multiple spies and teams on foot, in vehicles, planes, boats, to follow you around as they bounce and pass you along to each other on streets, in buildings, in vehicles. Staff at government offices, companies, and general public members could be undercover stalkers near you and around you.

The A&W was very quiet when I stopped by to take and look and record and share everything. It was too quiet and unusual. The outside drive through line up was unnaturally long and busy. That meant the gangstalking perps and collaborator were too scared of internet fame to come inside, and only drove pass my car in the parking lot or order their food in the drive through line to report in that I was at that location and not want to expose themselves. That is one reason why the gangstalking perps are cowards.

Whatever the perps are called, my international group associates and my societal factions of government/corporation official and politician friends just want to see more of our international social media community drag out more of the uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators all over the internet.
