Why Are Mass Shootings Happening Every Day?

Mass casualty events are taking place all over the country. Disgusting displays as with Stephen Marcum are tasteless and evil. With another assassination attempt foiled by the FEDS we need to call out ALL so called Americans who display death threats without any concern for their communities.
