Sissi is a small coastal village located on the northeastern coast of Crete, Greece, approximately 40 kilometers (25 miles) east of Heraklion and 29 kilometers northwest of Agios Nikolaos.
It lies within the municipal unit of Vrachasi, part of the Lasithi regional unit, and is known for its picturesque natural harbour, sandy and pebbled beaches, and relaxed, authentic atmosphere.
The village is situated on the island's north coast, near the ancient Minoan site of Malia, which is just 5 kilometers away.
