Vegetable Stock with Mirepoix and Garlic — A light and aromatic stock, perfect as a base for soups, risottos, and sauces.
Ingredients: 200 g onion, 100 g carrot, 100 g celery, ½ head of garlic, 2 L water, herbs and spices to taste.
Instructions: Bring everything to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 45–60 minutes. Strain and discard solids.
