How To Change Android Google Pixel Weather App Fahrenheit To Celcius

Change your Android device regional settings to show Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.
Make Pixel Weather show Celsius or Fahrenheit.

There are a coule of ways of changing this, either at a global level in the language and regional settings, if you install the language pack for your region the correct temperature should show up, alternatively go to
Settings, System, Languages and then regional preferences and in temperature change from Default to your preferred setting of either celcius or fahrenheit.

You can also try
Settings, System, Languages then system languages and add your localisation then tap the three dots at the top and then choose remove then select English US to leave only your choosen region and language.
