The Anger and Frustration Donation Box

If we can give away our peace so easily, why can't we give away anger and frustration the same way? Consider Jesus as having a donation box for all of your pressure and negativity: He'll take it all from you (and give you spiritual tax write-offs too!)

REFLECTION VERSE:
But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.
