Self-awareness is critical, for not only reaching our highest potential but also for the way we connect with others. When we see ourselves clearly, we are more confident and more creative. We make sounder decisions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively. Though most people believe they are self-aware, self-awareness is a truly rare quality. We see so many who are unteachable, who believe their understanding is the only understanding that matters. Leaders have to be teachable. How can we be a teachable leader but still be a leader?
