All Saints Day - November 1 - Pray for their intercession!

This Saturday, we celebrate the Solemnity of All Saints, a celebration of the highest rank as we honor all men and women who have entered Heaven with a special emphasis on those who the Church has canonized as saints. They are saints because they honored God in extraordinary ways through great acts of prayer, through enduring martyrdom or persecution, and through acts of service, like caring for the needy or teaching the faith. In many different ways, these saints glorified God during their lifetimes.
