Perspective on Good or bad laws, used by Governments of ill intent by Northern Perspective

Great clip from a good video on laws concerning Secrecy or anything else (around Bill C-8). "Just trust us" Doesn't work. Laws need to stand the test of time, and assuming even a future government of ill intent and not your pick, what happens to that power if THEY use it. Laws must be carefully worded , not generalize anything goes based on how we currently feel.
