Fall foliage railfanning on the Metro North Railroad Hudson Line at Manitou!

Recorded October 2025. We had to go do some railfanning during the peak of fall foliage and Manitou is the perfect place to do it at! Enjoy the usual train action with some great scenery! You also get to see this station get used at it's peak hiking time too. We met some hikers and even a few police officers from the MTA Police Department. They came to to not only handle the passenger traffic going through here, but conduct a search on a reported trespasser on the tracks. Unfortunately that is a common occurrence at this train station. However, officers Tony and Nick were awesome people to meet! The MTA in general has some very awesome people working for the agency. Enjoy the video!
