10/28/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Working Out my Gov't/Security Surveillance Skill Set

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

In this video, I drove to some farther away neighbourhoods during a night time rain storm to keep my Federal Government national defence/national security government department skills worked out. Past skills need to be exercised just like muscles at a gym or they get soft and flabby too. My surveillance and counter surveillance detection skills were gained from my past employment from the Federal Government and my sports entertainment arena crowd control work. My past colleagues and I could surround a VIP celebrity walking and we would be scanning the environment and the crowds to see if any crazed fans would be making moves to attack the celebrity performers, or if any of the show crowds are smuggling weapons, outside food and drink, marijuana, alcohol, and other contrabands. The arena entry/exits would be like going through border customs. The rest of the time we would be doing stationary and/or mobile security patrols around the crowds. We even make sure nobody tried to shoplift the local hockey team store of their merchandise.

Some of my former sports entertainment arena crowd control colleagues were also military, police, spy agency, accounting auditors, private security guards, business people, government officials, marketers, and other walks of life throughout society.

As I mentioned at other times, my international group associates and I have image and other files on the various uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators from various cities, municipalities, neighbourhoods, and countries. The perps all got shared internationally to various storage web sites all over the planet. We know where some of the community watch types are, inside and outside of our own home perp collection and sharing zones across the Earth. We do occasionally go out of our way to revisit those perps and collaborators to give our counter surveillance skills a work out.

The other international group members and some of my own societal factions of government/corporation official and politician friends like to see the uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps being jerked around and inconvenienced in any way. Forcing the perps to come out at night in the middle of a cold rain storm, and recording it for everyone to watch would be such an expectation.
