Star Wars Theory Believes Misinformation That Obi-Wan Was Once Qui-Gon

Iain McCaig of Lucasfilm made some statement in an interview with StarWarsdotcom that George Lucas originally had a twist ending in The Phantom Menace, with Qui-Gon as the apprentice taking up the mantle of Obi-Wan after the latter's death. Star Wars Theory, the Biggest Star Wars Channel on YouTube®, perpetuated this misinformation. In this video, I break down how simple research debunks Mr. McCaig's comments.
