US vs. Canada - Who Does It Better?

Is a Mixed Private and Public Heath Care System the best? Or is the American or Canadian Health care systems better always compared to the other? I don't believe either is perfect, and a nice mix of both is the best system. Private for advancement, Public for the general health of everyone!
