In my upcoming four-part interview series on Cognitive Liberty, I will document how consciousness became programmable infrastructure at civilizational scale. This week, I provide an introduction to and overview of the series. You can also read my accompanying written report, “Cognitive Liberty: The Battle for Human Consciousness in the Age of Technocracy,” at the 3rd Quarter 2025 Wrap Up web presentation.

In Part I, I will focus on the architecture: how the same five-mechanism template—developed by Edison in 1908 and refined by Rockefeller and Carnegie—was systematically applied to capture education, medicine, media, and money. What was once decentralized and community-based became centralized systems creating dependency.

Part II will examine cultural delivery: how intelligence operations steered the counterculture movement through Laurel Canyon, weaponized identity and parasocial relationships, and used mass rituals to synchronize consciousness at scale.

Part III will address technological integration, including how smartphones became personal “handlers” delivering algorithmic control. I will also discuss patents proving that mind-control capabilities exist, and how digital ID plus programmable currency create the backbone for comprehensive behavioral control.

Finally and most importantly, Part IV will explore resistance: practical frameworks for building decentralized alternatives that eliminate single points of failure. In this final segment, I will also look at why the pineal gland—the biological interface of consciousness itself—has been systematically attacked through fluoride, aluminum, glyphosate, and EMF.

My observations are not speculation; they arise from pattern recognition across documented sources, declassified programs, and public patents. The infrastructure exists—the only question is whether we’ll build alternatives before it is fully deployed.
