Paul Parker: Why Amorim will continue to fail at Man Utd

Former Manchester United defender Paul Parker lets rip at manager Ruben Amorim and also the club's management.
Parker is unimpressed by Amorim's stubbornness regarding his back three playing system and also the lack of selfless leadership inside the United dressing room.
The former England international and Premier League title winner insists Amorim will not find any winning consistency as United manager until he becomes more flexible with his tactics and the players start playing for eachother and not themselves.
Before signing off, Parker also takes aim at the club's management system, insisting there is no need for a director of football when every decision should be left to the manager.
