Video 610 Why are there so many open jobs on the big job boards, that never seem to be filled, and are they real?
1. The first thing you can do is to set your email with the job sites to get updated with new jobs that are posted daily, those should be applied to first as they are recently posted.
2. Many companies have jobs that they keep open because they may require a certification or are hard to fill.
3. Companies often have a certain number of jobs they can post per month just sitting out there they are not actively filling, but may have 5-10 they are concentrating on to fill fast.
4. Set the filter to jobs posted within 30 days and only apply to those.
