Today’s task might sound simple — just a quick county change on a Lease Agreement —
but in real estate, every detail matters.

This property sits right on the county line, and sometimes that means utilities get complicated fast.
One side of the neighborhood might fall under Harnett County, while the next house over belongs to Lee County — same street, different jurisdiction, totally different utility providers!

As a Property Manager, it’s my job to make sure the lease reflects the correct county so tenants can turn on their water, electric, and trash services without delays or legal mix-ups.
