Street of Chance (1942)

Directed by Jack Hively. It follows a man who, after suffering amnesia, discovers he’s wanted for murder and must piece together his missing past to clear his name. Based on Cornell Woolrich’s novel The Black Curtain, it’s an early example of psychological noir centered on identity and memory.
