Back flushing Espresso Machine Group Heads Demo - Astra 2-Group Mega IIc

This is a demo of how to back flush group heads on an Astra Manufacturing espresso machine, this procedure applies to most all commercial machines as well.

I’m wearing nitrile gloves as the water is very hot, gloves are recommended.
Cleaning product used is Cafiza, it's worked the best for me.
This machine is an Astra model Mega IIc (2c) c is for compact. It is 2000 watts
The Mega II is larger, 220 volt, has 3 steam wands and a water spout.
