Steaming Wand Demo Espresso Machine - Astra 2-Group Mega IIc

This is a demo of the steaming wands on an Astra Manufacturing espresso machine, this procedure applies to most all commercial machines as well.

I’m wearing nitrile gloves as the water is very hot, gloves are recommended.

This machine is an Astra model Mega IIc (2c) c is for compact. It is 2000 watts, 110 volts. It's available in 220 volts as well
The Mega II is larger, 220 volt, has 3 steam wands and a water spout.
