Hoi An lantern shop owner rebuilds after floods in Vietnam

Known for its traditional charm and colorful lanterns, Hoi An’s famous Lantern Street was blanketed in mud on Friday (October 31) after deadly floods swept through the historic town earlier this week. Luu Phuoc Dong has been running his handmade lantern business with his wife, Nguyen Thi Lay for more than a decade and now, they have to start again.
