Milk Auto-Frothing Attachment, on an Astra Manufacturing Espresso Machine

This is a demo of an Astra milk auto-frothing attachment, on an Astra Manufacturing espresso machine.
This item screws on in place of a steaming wand, it cannot be used on a water spout port.

This works by drawing cold milk in from a pitcher with a silicone tube using the Venturi effect and it comes out frothed.
It is consistent, however I did not use this attachment as I was as event steaming pitchers of milk for making Lattes, Hot Mochas and Hot Chocolate. I did not froth milk as I did not serve Cappuccinos as they take too long to hand make at an event when you have a line.

This machine is an Astra model Mega IIc (2c) c is for compact. It is 2000 watts, 110 volts. It's available in 220 volts as well
The Mega II is larger, 220 volt, has 3 steam wands and a water spout.
