Arizona Judge Resigns After Alleged Public Urination Near Courthouse

Former Arizona judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson, 42, was approached by police in Prescott earlier this month

Officers said she was seen coming out of a bush and sitting on a bench as they walked up

'She has her pants completely down. I'm watching her right there, she's peeing everywhere — A bunch of people see, I see.' the first officer said

She told them she was waiting for an Uber but was slurring her words and appeared intoxicated

Her husband, Jason, tried to pull her away and was arrested

Schaaf-Olson was cited and told to appear in court

Days later, she resigned from her position as Judge Pro Tempore of the Yavapai County Superior Court
