The Rant -Masked Agenda?

The modern Progressive movement, particularly its illiberal wing, is a system of government overreach, censorship, and control that threatens the foundations of liberty in a Constitutional Republic. The illiberal Progressive agenda is not about empowering individuals, but empowering the state. They push for "hate speech" laws, which are not neutral but selectively wielded against political dissent. In the economic front, they tout massive wealth redistribution schemes, but these are chains that erode self-reliance and buy votes with other people's money. Identity politics, such as DEI initiatives and affirmative action, are sold as steps toward equality but in practice divide rather than unite, pitting groups against each other in a zero-sum grievance Olympics. Corporate DEI training doesn't empower minorities; it infantilizes them, assuming they can't succeed without lowered standards. Gender ideology imposed on children isn't "affirmation"; it's ideological capture, overriding parental rights and medical ethics. When critics speak up, they're smeared as "pigs."
