The 613 Commandments of Torah: Part 2

When we speak of the mitzvot in Torah as positive and negative it does not imply something contrary to one another. While a positive commandment, as the word positive implies, is a good thing; however, when speaking of a negative commandment it isn’t to be thought of as something bad or evil. To the contrary it is also good because all the commandments given in Torah from HaShem are good.
