INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add distilled water to the Navage reservoir line
2. Add 1 pinch of CellCore Carboxy Binder
3. Add 1-10 drops of CellCore Para 3* (start with 1 and titrate up to 3 next time, then 5, then 7, then 10 max. If ok with 10, can continue on with this for future rinses)
4. Insert the Salt Pod and close the Navage
5. Perform Navage Rinse

When done, slowly pour out contents of waste into the sink and observe what comes out
Pay attention and track any mucous, plaque, parasites, etc
Use daily for 6 weeks for optimal results
