Naoto solves crime with you in a cafe on a rainy day, while you doze off, only half listening

You find yourself taking refuge from the downpour at your favorite local coffee shop. A recent acquaintance of yours, Naoto Shirogane, happens to be there as well, seated in a booth. She is cogitating, as she herself would put it, over her current murder investigation. She has some ideas about the case to bounce off of you, and you've got the time. You aren't nearly qualified enough to provide genuine deductive assistance to her, but she seems eager to share her musings with you, nonetheless. The aroma of coffee, soft jazz, and the ace detective's dulcet tones fill the air of the establishment. Since you have little to contribute, the atmosphere effortlessly drifts you away into a peaceful stupor, as you half-heartedly attempt to focus. You worry at first that she might take notice of your inattentiveness, but it becomes apparent she is content with, and maybe even comforted by, a passive listener. The night arrives like a dream...
