Needle is always my choice for pla unless I’m doing a panfacial pattern for full coverage then of course use the longer cannula for less entry points required. On the mandible you’ll have better luck with needle or shorter cannula. I used the 25g 50mm and had the most ridiculous time on my own face. Made myself almost permenantly side eyed Trying to get the extra long flimsy cannula into a tiny hole beside my ear. It felt so silly.
But I refused to waist a cannula 😝

So many pla and PLLA options out there. They all build collagen. Pla with ha version builds collagen quicker but doesn’t last as long it starts at 4 weeks and stops at 12-18 months
Plla starts 6-8 weeks and does not offer the filler for the first portion so u will lose the volume u had from the inflammatory response and it goes strong for 24 months.

You do have to use more than one vial. U can use one for each side but since the newer products seem to be causing more swelling. I would recommend sticking with one vial per session and repeat every month until u have used one bottle for each decade of life. That’s the rule. Or do what u can afford. Atleast every six months if h only start with two. And retreat yearly with two vials

Lower to medium concentrations and more of them for on the bone growth

7-13cc dilution for skin volume and white and tight skin.

Lower 1/3 is recommended by dr rajani to use atleast 18cc per vial because u do not want to get it to strong and This is how y can be sure you dont over treat. People have ended up with too much volume and nodules in this area because of poor choice of dilution

Neck is also recommended by dr rajani to use atleast 18cc of diluent. But do what you’re comfortable with. I believe 13 or 14cc mix would likely be fine If treating deep lines for sure it would be good But If u have very tight skin its just thin maybe choose a hyaluronic acid meso product. Many now have peptides in them and pdrn. Those are so helpful and much less risk
