How dare the bloated bureaucrats in D.C. and their state level enablers put innocent Americans in the crosshairs, all for the sake of flooding our labor market with cheap, unqualified labor that benefits their lobbyists? This isn’t policy, it is a failed get rich scheme that has already cost too many lives. And at this point how can it be anything other than premeditated manslaughter? This mess didn’t sprout overnight, it’s the bitter fruit of decades of lax borders and even laxer enforcement, but the real rot set in around 2016-2017, when the globalist puppeteers pulled the strings to weaponize our trucking industry against us. Back in 2016, under the Obama regime’s watch, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued a memo that gutted the English proficiency rule. A federal mandate dating back decades requiring CDL holders to read road signs, converse with inspectors, and understand emergency commands in English. No more out of service orders for drivers who couldn’t tell a “merge” from a “menage.” It was sold as “efficiency,” but let’s call it what it was, a green light for states to rubber stamp licenses to anyone with a pulse and a sob story. Then came 2017, when non domiciled CDLs were twisted from a simple tool for out of state drivers into a backdoor for non citizens. Intended for folks legally hopping states, it morphed into a loophole exploited by sanctuary states like California and Washington, where DMVs started churning out limited term licenses to work authorized immigrants without ironclad proof of legal entry or language skills. By 2018, illegal crossers were full blown gaming the system, snagging Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) that said “work permitted”.

A day of reckoning is coming. It’s inevitable. These families taken out by foreigners given CDLs who barely understand the road ahead much less the signs ending families that aren’t just statistics, they’re blood on the hands of a regime that’s sold out its own. It’s time to sue them into oblivion, strip away their sovereign immunity like the emperor’s new clothes it is, and make them pay for every shattered windshield and shattered life.
