After unleashing total devastation in Gaza, Israel is now using proxy criminal gangs to cultivate chaos in areas under IDF, claims Gazan political analyst Muhammad Shehada.

These recruited criminal militias, well-stocked with Israeli weapons, are provided with SUVs, cash, food, and smartphones.
Their mission is reportedly to loot humanitarian aid convoys, sow division to prevent unified Palestinian governance, and erode trust in Hamas.
