HARNWELL: Neocon stooge Marco Rubio misread Russia’s negotiating position and advised POTUS poorly

VIDEO SYNTHESIS / Russia has not changed its negotiating position on ending the Ukraine war since it started three and a half years ago.

That POTUS publicly announced — to great fanfare — a summit in Hungary with President Putin, and then cancelled the summit a few days later when he learned that Putin’s negotiating position would be unchanged, was real amateur-hour stuff.

Fingers are now starting to point at Little Marco as the reason POTUS U-turned on his principal campaign pledge to end the war in 24 hours.
