The first of a new series of Convention of States explainer videos from the person who fought and won the debate to get the second clause of Article V added to the Constitution because he rightly assumed that ALL central governments grow uncontrollably and would never propose amendments to the constitution to restrict their own power. So he removed them from the process all together. Brilliant.
