It’s Eviction Day — and the Sheriff is with me to officially repossess this property after the tenants failed to pay rent.

This is the final step in the Summary Ejectment process — after legal notices, court hearings, and final judgments. Now it’s time to secure the home, verify its condition, and protect the homeowner’s investment.

As we inspect, it looks like there’s been some damage inside — possibly from a domestic dispute before the eviction was carried out.
