The Apostles Faced with Prison

Today we continue in Acts 5:17-42, where the Apostles are once again facing persecution from the High Priest with the Sadducees who were part of the Religious and Political leaders of Israel.

Israel’s governmental body in the times of the Jesus and the apostles were part of the Sanhedrin. The Sanhedrin was made of both Pharisees and Sadducees but the Pharisees with the minority.
